I am a New Hampshire Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with families, children, adolescents, and young adults.
I have worked as a Social Worker on multidisciplinary teams in New England supporting individuals across the life span in focus areas such as: anxiety disorders, stress, parenting support, depression, chronic medical conditions, substance use, and life transitions.
I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship between client and therapist. It takes courage to identify and understand the impact of relationships on you. I will walk with you every step of the way as you embark on this journey. I do this by establishing trust to make therapy sessions safe and productive. I focus on clients feeling heard and validated while also keeping them focused on their goals. I strive to hold myself accountable as therapy is an investment in yourself.

I have also spent my career working in education, in both a K-12 setting and higher education. I have extensive knowledge of collaborating on interdisciplinary teams, the special education system, and navigating life transitions.
